Lenny was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire car sales process. What I especially appreciated was that he offered me a test drive after I came just to see the interior colors of the GLC 4 entire car sales process. The experience just got better from there. Once Lenny helped us to understand the options available on the vehicle, he found us the exact car we were looking for. Lenny’s closing process and the paperwork experience were a breeze—no high pressure anything, integrity through to the last step! The post sale care and car tutorial were excellent. Our next Mercedes purchase will be with Lenny and Ray Catena of Union—a well run organization! More
