I walked into Mercedes-Benz of Union NJ last weekend and was greated by two receptionist who were extremely professional and hospitable. The receptionist introduced me to a salesperson by the name of Lenny Inserra. Lenny was excellent. He made my car purchasing experience enjoyable and seamless. His customer service skills are impeccable. The entire process was fast, painless and professional starting from the receptionist, to Lenny, the manager, and the cashier.
