Greg, Max, Kevin, Eric, Lenny, Carlos, Bob, and Arthur were all great to work with. I was very apprehensive going to a dealer, had only purchased cars from private sellers but the whole crew at Tufankjian were all great to work with. I was very apprehensive going to a dealer, had only purchased cars from private sellers but the whole crew at Tufankjian were not high pressure, answered my million questions (multiple times), and were very patient. The owner (Greg) introduced himself and we chatted for a bit about the car I bought, which added to my comfort level. After my 2018 Highlander was totaled, I was in need of a new one which was proving to be difficult. My Salesperson Lenny made the experience so easy and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Max and Joey also were great with the financing aspect. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I will definitely make a trip back here next time I need a vehicle. I would recommend them to everyone! More
