Refused to negotiate the price. Made the financing very confusing. After I left, and denied future service he made what seemed like a ploy for me to come back by saying for me to return to the dealership t confusing. After I left, and denied future service he made what seemed like a ploy for me to come back by saying for me to return to the dealership to obtain my registration. He still had my registration. He took it earlier to review my trade in but neglected to tell me that he had taken my registration in the first place and not returned it. I was very disappointed with my service as a returning customer. I will not be pursuing ANY future purchases at this dealership because of this salesman. More
