However, once we walked into Gerald Subaru and met with Leo Lopez, I was quickly reassured. He was friendly and amiable, and knew what he was talking about. We told him exactly what we were looking for, and he worked hard to make sure that we not only test drove cars that were the model I was looking at, but that we had all of the details in order to make an informed purchase. When the time came to finally decide, we were between Subaru and another car. We came to Subaru first, and Leo, along with Ubaldo, worked very hard to get the price down to what worked for my budget. I am going to be a college graduate in May, so cost was very important to me, and the way that they worked together to bring that price to something I could afford was excellent. They were friendly with us the whole time, and never made us feel like we were being an inconvenience. When we decided on Subaru, Leo had an extra gift for us -- he had picked up a $50 gift card from Jewel that morning with the intention of gifting it to someone, once they had decided on Subaru, in order to purchase the first year of STARLink. He decided to give that gift card to us, and though it was entirely unnecessary and unexpected, it was VERY much appreciated. I love STARLink, and am so glad that I had the opportunity to try it out, thanks to Leo. Overall, my experience with this Subaru and Leo and Ubaldo was fantastic, and I certainly recommend checking them out!! More

By the end of the day, he might as well have been family. I never felt pressured and felt great about the deal I got on my purchase. This is my first Subaru car and Subaru experience and it lived up to the hype and more! I brought my younger brother along to keep me company - he never would have considered buying a Subaru, as he's an Audi guy....after witnessing the sales experience with Leo and seeing the cars, he's convinced that he'll buy his next car, an Outback, from Leo. Lastly, the facility is beautiful and there was plenty of drinks and snacks. Just an awesome experience all around. More

Even when I came in 6 months after my purchase for my oil change, he took the time to talk to me about my car, personal life, and make sure I was shown around the new dealership. We had phoned in advance that we wanted to see him and the best new Forester model. When we arrived it was ready and he had another family there buying their second car in a month from him and they couldn't stop talking about how great Leo is with the whole experience. So after Leo's fanbase let us pull away Leo was able to spend the time to show us all the features that Subaru includes that other small SUVs miss. There are so many extras included that we were really blown away. I think the biggest reason why I wanted to write this review is because Leo listened and understood that my wife would be the primary driver and he took the time to show us all the little differences between this vehicle and others we were considering and that made all the difference for us. I can say going from Mazda to Honda to Toyota to Jeep and lastly Subaru, he was the most knowledgeable in the field. I've had other experiences where someone might say a manager can explain this later or brush over something, but not with Leo. He is a true professional in his craft and can hand hold you through all your questions and concerns. Six months after our purchase Leo is very responsive by phone and email with any questions. Couldn't be happier!!! More

When we decided to buy a car we wanted to go to a place that had integrity and good customer service and we were happy to find that to be the case. Our salesperson, Leo Lopez was friendly and authentic, he asked us what we were looking for and was immediately able to narrow down our search to the best options. It was such an easy transaction and with his naturally upbeat personality it made the purchase even more enjoyable. It is without hesitation that I recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking to buy a car. We have had our Subaru Forester for 2 weeks and we love it. Leo called us to follow up to see if we had any questions and to make sure everything was good, which in my opinion was very nice. We opted to get the interior and exterior treated with sealant to protect the car and to keep it nice for longer and we were also extremely impressed with the service department as well. Collin was very personable and helpful and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Looking forward to continuing to do business with this dealership for years to come! More

That left us a bit apprehensive about our buying experience this time out but we were impressed with the experience at Gerald Subaru. Salesman was professional, knowledgeable & not pushy during our initial test drive visit. Price negotiation went very well - got a very competitive price but options seemed a bit high - we negotiated those down to everyone's agreement. Closing the sale was refreshing - no last minute tack-on crap like at the other dealer - care & service packages were pitched professionally without being annoyingly sold. Would definitely recommend Gerald Subaru & the staff we worked with: Len Batson, Dana Armitage, Leo Lopez & Abid Khan. More

I had two other dealer who had the car in stock wanting to sell me my Crosstrek. I had a deposit on one. And the other was giving me a significant discount. But Leo's personality , knowledge and excellent customer service won my business. It takes time to build a connection with a client, Leo can do this in one phone call. You have the perfect person working for you. My family and I loved that he was bilingual. I know they will be calling on him for our next Subaru purchase. I don't want to forget the rest of your team since they contributed to my experience. K.C from parts was awesome. He helped locate an item I needed and gave me advice , extremely friendly.
