Went to a few dealerships before this one and had pretty bad experiences. EchoPark was much better, and I didn't feel like they were trying to waste my time. I found the vehicle I wanted, traded in my curre bad experiences. EchoPark was much better, and I didn't feel like they were trying to waste my time. I found the vehicle I wanted, traded in my current vehicle (which you guys gave way more than previous offers), and was on my way relatively quickly. All in all it was a great experience. Leonard was excellent to deal with. He was very friendly and helpful. He didn't pressure me and gave me everything I needed to understand the process. I will definitely be returning in the future.
