I can NOT even express how thankful I am to have worked with Leonard. He was so friendly from the first minute. He explained everything from what to expect to what Echo Park offered. Leonard was phenomenal. He absolutely went above and beyond to help me get into a nice, reliable car when I was in a bind. No one else bothered to help me get into a vehicle but he took his time and did beyond to help me get into a nice, reliable car when I was in a bind. No one else bothered to help me get into a vehicle but he took his time and did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. Even the guy working in finance that day was very kind, transparent and they got me the best price they could. They weren't pushy and annoying either like at most dealerships; they were laid back and let me decide everything all the way. I would 100% recommend them and this dealership to everyone. More
