Steering key lock malfunction QX56 would not respond to key fob. Leonard allowed me to have the car delivered/towed to have diagnlostic and he contacted my service plan provider to QX56 would not respond to key fob. Leonard allowed me to have the car delivered/towed to have diagnlostic and he contacted my service plan provider to approve repairs/payment. All I had to do was pay deductable & drive my beautiful car home. Thank you Leonard for making this breakdown (out of town) fairly painless. More

Easy on the time line When we moved to Albuquerque I blew the Radiator and found that Garcia was the best dealership to take the infinity too. That repair went very well. I Purchased new tires and told the tire guy not to align them. I was going to take the car back to Garcia Infiniti to have everything fixed for the road trip coming up . Garcia Infiniti Rocks You can’t drive a better car than an Infiniti and there is no better place to shop for and buy one than Infiniti. The sales force (Al Alfano is wonder You can’t drive a better car than an Infiniti and there is no better place to shop for and buy one than Infiniti. The sales force (Al Alfano is wonderful) is knowledgeable. The finance guys are a class act. The building is modern and they have a great space to display their sleek cars and host the purchase negotiations. Chris, who mans the reception desk among other duties, is a terrific lady. And the service department is courteous and proficient. You can’t go wrong going to Garcia for all of your vehicle needs. More
