When I expressed concern, the service advisor gave me further information and made sure the work was on track. Other visits have been good encounters as well with plenty of info provided on the repair. I feel comfortable having these guys work on my car. More

Treated as family I have been an Ourisman Jeep Dodge Ram customer since 2012. While I have received good deals in the Sales side it it the Service Department that keeps I have been an Ourisman Jeep Dodge Ram customer since 2012. While I have received good deals in the Sales side it it the Service Department that keeps me coming back. We return to the service department three to four times a year for routine service . When my wife and me arrive they know us by name and if only one of us shows up they inquire as to why the other. There is stability in personnel as well with most of the service writers being the ones I have dealt with since my first purchase. The pricing of the services received is fair and market price. I have never been overcharged for any service provided and they do all the services including brake replacement. More
