When you schedule routine service, you absolutely expect some level of service excellence. Although Katelyn provided amazing service today, it appears that a gap in communication led my 4 tire purchase to a some level of service excellence. Although Katelyn provided amazing service today, it appears that a gap in communication led my 4 tire purchase to a 2 tire install. You read that write, I received 2 instead of 4 tires and probably would not have noticed if I was installing the same brand again. If this were the first time, this wouldn't be an issue - however, this is the second time I have experienced a tire install that didn't resulted in me receiving what I paid for. Between Leroy and Bill, the manager couldn't be bothered with listening to my issue or providing a great response to service. Instead of fixing the issue, providing a genuine apology, and being genuine about the issue - he passively offered a $150 credit or he would reinstall all of my previous tires including one with sidewall damage. So now, not only do they fail to do their job correctly, I have to be inconvenienced, and they have no concern for the safety of myself and my family. When you bring in your vehicle to be serviced, make sure you double-check behind the dealer. More

I’ve been coming to FA Toyota for over 10 years. There have been many bumps in the road, staff shortage, long wait times, etc. but my most recent visit reminds me of how it was years ago which was o There have been many bumps in the road, staff shortage, long wait times, etc. but my most recent visit reminds me of how it was years ago which was outstanding! First off, Leroy is the man! If I could have him every time as a service advisor I would. Punctual, professional, and polite! I’m hoping this is a sign that things are back on track with the dealership. It seems that everyone I dealt with besides Leroy was also very helpful and friendly. It sure does make getting your car serviced way less stressful. Thank you Leroy for being consistent! More

My Toyota Solara electrical system shut down. AAA service told me I needed an alternator. Leroy and Chrissie took care of my car. It was only a battery. I'm sure other dealerships might have replaced both, b told me I needed an alternator. Leroy and Chrissie took care of my car. It was only a battery. I'm sure other dealerships might have replaced both, but the saved me lots of money and got me back on the road really fast. Always happy with the service department. Professional and friendly. More
