Great experience beginning to end I worked with Chris for a few weeks trying to find the right vehicle for me. I was waffling back and forth between 2 dealerships and in the end Chris I worked with Chris for a few weeks trying to find the right vehicle for me. I wish I would have know about this dealership earlier! I have purchased over 25 cars in my lifetime and this was the easiest purchase I have ever had and the dealership is really set up well and even thoug I have purchased over 25 cars in my lifetime and this was the easiest purchase I have ever had and the dealership is really set up well and even though I was there for over 2 hours I ended up getting a great deal and everyone from the front desk( I forgot her name) to the managers and the finance department were very professional and pleasant to deal with! Her guidance and help were great in getting me ready for the purchase of my 2016 Lex Living out of state, I had most of my dealings online with Lesly. Her guidance and help were great in getting me ready for the purchase of my 2016 Lexus GS 350 F Sport. Hung handled my actual sale upon arrival. He was great. With the information provided by Lesly, and finishing the purchase with Hung, I couldn't ask for a better team to work with. However, I was slightly led astray by the business manager when it came to actually driving away my vehicle. Owning a Lexus for 2 weeks and being misled on when to take it home was not good. Paying for 2 different flights out was also aggravating. Not having the dealership compensate was abysmal. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase and most happy with all of the help Lesly and Hung have given me. More
