We were under no obligation to purchase the vehicle if we drove it and did not like it. After a thorough orientation by Les we drove the vehicle and fell in love with it. Customer Service at its best! We are from western SD. We were traveling east to a wedding when the fuel pump went out on our beloved Excursion. It was on a Saturday afternoon and w We are from western SD. We were traveling east to a wedding when the fuel pump went out on our beloved Excursion. It was on a Saturday afternoon and we were grateful that we made it to Vern Eide and they were open. In less than fifteen minutes, they had agreed to fix our Excursion first thing Monday morning and gave us a great vehicle to drive thru the weekend and we were on our way again. In the end, after driving a 2013 F150 for a couple of days, we decided to trade our Excursion in. We bought a 2012 F150. They were very patient with us. It w as a hard decision but we ended up a great vehicle, and a fair price. We would definitely recommend them. More
