(cold call) and drove 3 hours to look at the vehicle. This was our first visit to Vern Eide and we had no clue what to expect. We were greeted immediately as we walked in the door and treated like royalty while we were there. The staff at Vern Eide Ford was very accommodating and went above and beyond to not only sell us the vehicle we wanted but to take the time we needed to make sure we were comfortable leaving the lot with it that night. We are recommending Vern Eide Ford of Mitchell and our salesman, Les to anyone looking for a vehicle! More

Honda trade/purchase While traveling in Arizona, I searched the internet for a used Honda Ridgeline & inquired about one I saw at Vern Eide - Mitchell website. Lester Neug While traveling in Arizona, I searched the internet for a used Honda Ridgeline & inquired about one I saw at Vern Eide - Mitchell website. Lester Neugebauer contacted me to see if I was interested & invited me to come to the dealership to see it. I told him I was in Arizona visiting but actually lived in Aberdeen. I told him I would be flying into Sioux Falls the next Saturday evening at 9:45 P.M. then driving back to Aberdeen. He urged me to drive through Mitchell & take a look, he would be happy to meet me as he lived close to the dealership. My wife & I met Les at the dealership & test drove the Honda Ridgeline at 11:00 P.M. on our way home. Les offered to stop in Aberdeen the next day to take a closer look at our potential trade-in vehicle. He was delivering a new pickup to a customer near Aberdeen. I met him Sunday, he took pictures of our vehicle & contacted me on Monday with an offer. After a short negotiation, we made the deal & I drove our trade-in to their dealership & pick up our new (used) vehicle. Ben Sevigny handled the paperwork & made the experience go very well. Above & beyond any past vehicle purchasing experience. Thanks to Lester & Ben. More

Les Neugebauer was very personable from the start of process to the end. He spent time getting to know what specific things I was looking for, and even looked for other cars that had features he though process to the end. Les showed me the few cars he thought I would be most interested in, and then he worked with me through getting my payment set up. He looked out for my needs, and I really appreciated that. Even after the sale was over, he took the time to train me on some of the technology that I was not familiar with. Within the last couple years my husband and sons bought new Ford pickups @ Vern Eide Ford in Mitchell. They were extremely pleased and impressed with the experience so we came back this year to shop for a new Ford pickups @ Vern Eide Ford in Mitchell. They were extremely pleased and impressed with the experience so we came back this year to shop for a new SUV for myself. Les Neugebauer was willing to go above and beyond his duties to give us a great shopping experience! It was extremely cold out and he never complained once, he just took it all in stride. We had originally asked if Wayne Jones was around, but it was his day off. But to our surprise when Les visited with him on the phone he came in despite the circumstances. Wayne too has always been extremely helpful and I appreciate his sense of humor! He has always been courteous and knowledgeable and tries his hardest to get us the BEST deal! I've been a resident of Mitchell and the surrounding area for 37 years and have known these two guys almost as long. With that being said, I recommend them and the Vern Eide team to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. We hope to be as satisfied in the years to come as we have been in the past! I had an unique experience with Les. I found a truck that was exactly what I was looking for at Vern Eide. The only problem was mitchell was 280 miles away. I talked to Les all week about it and decided to m was exactly what I was looking for at Vern Eide. The only problem was mitchell was 280 miles away. I talked to Les all week about it and decided to meet me half way which was risky on both sides. On a Friday night by the way! Fortunately he described the truck to a "t" and I drove my new truck home. My biggest regret was we ran into inclement weather and I didn't get a chance to buy him supper. If you are looking for great customer service and a straight shooter when it comes to selling vehicles I highly recommend Les and Vern Eide in Mitchell. More
