From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were immediately greeted by Lester and Scott who made My experience with Freehold Subaru was excellent. From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were immediately greeted by Lester and Scott who made us feel at home. We worked with Lester to discuss what type of Subaru we wanted and Lester was quickly able to give us our options. He was able to locate the model of Subaru and package we were interested in very quickly. All the while, Lester made us feel comfortable, engaging in conversation about our family and taking a genuine interest in us as people-not just customers. Within a few days, Lester called and said he had our Forester ready and offered great flexibility of when we could come in to pick it up. On pick up day, Lester had already gotten the paper work ready and set us up with Dave, to go over the financial part of the deal, which we already had agreed upon. The process was quick and Dave was able to answer our last minute questions. We then finished up with Lester giving us our keys and making sure we felt comfortable in our new Forester. Overall, the experience was unlike any other dealership experience I’ve ever had. The staff’s knowledge of their vehicles and packages was very informative. Their patience in working with us was also unlike any other experience we’ve had at dealerships. The sincerity of Lester, Scott, and Dave also made us feel like we were welcomed and at home. More

When I set up an appointment, we met Lester right away and began the process. Previously, with other dealers, the process would take about half a day to complete. Lester ensured we did the test drive and paperwork in a timely fashion, and at the same time making the experience fun. I felt like a made a new friend! We reached the dealer at around 3PM and was gone with the new vehicle by 5:30. This was the quickest I ever did a vehicle trade. I recommend this dealer for anyone! More
