Our experience at Freehold Subaru was about as perfect as buying or leasing could be. I have over 20 years experience in the leasing a car game and I can say that this one tops them all...HANDS DOWN! From the moment we stepped on the lot we were greeted warmly but no one “Pounced” on us like some dealerships do. We looked around for a while then went to the Showroom. Here we were greeted by Lester again with a warm, unobtrusive, “Hi my name is Lester. If you have any questions please let me know.” When we were ready we went back to Lester. He made the entire experience easy, matter of fact and not the least bit intimidating or condescending as some sales people can be. Negotiations are what they are so we went back and forth for a bit then we decided on a price. Lester is down to earth and his customer service is top of the line. GO TO FREEHOLD SUBARU! You won’t be disappointed. More
