I had an appointment with Teah, and although I arrived early she was able to accommodate me right away. I also had my 2 year old some with me and she was very patient and understanding when I had to divert my attention to him, even playing Disney shows on her phone while I got in touch with my husband to review everything. She listened to my concerns and desires for my new car and she, along with GM Jim, were able to get me exactly what I wanted! Overall, a great sales and trade in experience! More

Heritage had what I was looking for, so I made a appointment and met with Will Brown. We had a very pleasant discussion, I showed him the best price from the other dealers, and, after meeting with his manager, he matched the price... and then we talked about a trade-in for my car, which was worked out to my satisfaction in only a few minutes... I'm type A with borderline ADHD, so I definitely appreciated their no nonsense style and that they listened more than they talked. The next day my wife and I went to pick up the car... I spent a few minutes with Will and his team completing the paperwork and then Will spent the next hour with my wife to familiarize her with all the many features, controls, and amenities of the car. We just moved into the area a month ago but I've been a Toyota customer for many years... and I've never had a better buying experience than at Heritage... a big "thank you" to Will, Jason, and Levi ! Adam helped me with financing, answered all my questions. Four months later the 4 Runner was totaled. Went back to Heritage. Ryan sold me a 2018 4 Runner. Levi helped me with the finances . Everyone was kind and I never felt as if they were trying to capitalize on the accident. More

4Runner way of life I'd always wanted a 4Runner and everyone at Heritage Owings Mills worked to make sure it'd become a reality. Not enough can be said about the profess I'd always wanted a 4Runner and everyone at Heritage Owings Mills worked to make sure it'd become a reality. Not enough can be said about the professionalism of my salesperson, Will. He was knowledgeable, persistent (not pushy), and willing to go the extra mile to make me a 4Runner owner. The rest of the team were just as professional and so easy to get along with, it felt less like a process and more like hanging out and ending up with a truck I'd always wanted--albeit, after signing the contract! I'll definitely recommend Heritage Toyota in Owings Mills to all my friends and family. Well done! More
