Let me start with Lewis Bass who took my call to Five Star Ford. Told him I was thinking about Bronco versus my old Honda CRV. HE ANSWERED all my questions and I called back over a week later and set up Star Ford. Told him I was thinking about Bronco versus my old Honda CRV. HE ANSWERED all my questions and I called back over a week later and set up an appointment. He met with my husband and me and had chosen the Outer Banks for me to test drive. PERFECT—it worked for me!!! Emmanuel went with me on my test drive and guided me through Finance Manager, David Hill Sr., was so easy to work with and Bob and I appreciate that. Thanks to Sam O’Reggio for answering all are questions about Aftermarket products! Big thanks to Lewis Bass for making all this happen. Lewis, you have a great team!! More

I saw a 2022 Lexus RX 350 for sale in July 2025 and wanted to trade my car. I looked up the reviews and Lewis Bass was highly recommended on these reviews, so I called him specifically. I began communi wanted to trade my car. I looked up the reviews and Lewis Bass was highly recommended on these reviews, so I called him specifically. I began communicating with him Saturday evening around 8 pm on 7/19. We did the paperwork to assess trade-in and sales order. I thought it was a great deal and knew that it might be sold before I was able to get up there to purchase it. Lewis kept in touch with me throughout the communication and let me know that it did sell on Monday, 7/21. He said he would keep looking for me. On Wednesday, 7/30 he reached out to me to let me know he potentially had another car available. Because of unexpected major oil leaks I was having with my Audi, I needed to find another car locally to me in Houston. Lewis Bass was professional, patient, and communicative without pressure. He was supportive of my purchase, although not through him, and I would highly recommend doing business with him if you're in the market for a car in the DFW area or in Texas. More
