I have purchased many vehicles and he has sold many vehicles, so we were able to communicate fairly directly, which is the way I like it. There was no pressure whatsoever from the beginning to the end. Overall, I highly recommend both Lewis Bass and 5 Star Ford NRH. We were in and out once we came into the dealership in 90 minutes. The sales process was pretty smooth. There wasn't too much back and forth and I felt they were reasonable to work with. I'd do business with them again. Not a good experience next time I buy a vehicle out of state I will pay the sale tax here and do the title work at the local DMV More
