We honestly can’t say enough about our experience with Lex. It was our son’s first car and he made the stressful process fun. From the moment we met Lex we were relaxed and he found the perfect car that gave me no choice. Mom and Grant fell in love with the car he showed them. I was done! We had NO INTENTIONS of buying a car that night. I had real reservations buying cars from the lot because the price wasn’t posted on the window. I felt there was a catch, but what Lex quickly explained to me on the pricing immediately put me at ease and brought my Buyer Radar down. We spent so much time laughing and joking around and within two hours we were signing paperwork. The closing process was simple. As we signed paperwork Lex took our son and his little brother to the car and explained things to him. Fed them popcorn, just like they were at the movies. The ringing of the bell and everyone clapping was a great way to end it for our son. Thank you for creating a memorable experience for the entire family and especially our son. More
