One star is too high. We have had terrible service on multiple occasions. This time, you had our car for 7 weeks. You called and said it was ready. I got to the dealership We have had terrible service on multiple occasions. This time, you had our car for 7 weeks. You called and said it was ready. I got to the dealership and was told it wouldn’t start and had to be jumped off because the battery was dead. I had to drive it straight to Firestone to get a new battery. I don’t know how this was missed while replacing an engine. A week after picking up the car from having the entire engine replaced, the car overheated again. The same problem as before. We barely made it to the dealership to be repaired again. Terrible customer service. You lost a sell of a new Jeep because we don’t want to have to deal with the service department. More

Yall always seem to get the job done but it is never a smooth easy process. Plus y'all change procedures all the time. Example oil changes depending on who I talk to depends on if y’all make appointments smooth easy process. Plus y'all change procedures all the time. This Time when I left, I noticed going down the street nobody latched the hood on my Jeep. So it was vibrating and bouncing all over the place. I had to find somewhere to pull over so I could latch my hood down. I wanted to bring my Jeep in for some work that did NOT make it inoperable. I was told I had to leave it there (for almost a week) before they were going to get to it. I said I would just make an appointment, or I could bring it in the day before and I was told no. So I just didn’t get the work done and it cost you guys money that y’all would’ve got. This particular time everything went OK as far as I made an appointment, dropped it off. Had the work done and left. Unfortunately, they just did not lock my jeep hood down, which is troublesome. More

Bought a used car they were to do an point inspection on , check battery, tires windshield wipers none of that was done one week after I got it had to replace battery but it was so corroded and there was no , check battery, tires windshield wipers none of that was done one week after I got it had to replace battery but it was so corroded and there was no windshield wiper blades on the back window.
