There was a recall on our vehicle that was going to take a few days to complete. Unfortunately we live about 90 miles away, so leaving it was going to be very inconvenient. To our great surprise, Eddie was a few days to complete. Unfortunately we live about 90 miles away, so leaving it was going to be very inconvenient. To our great surprise, Eddie was very understanding and provided a rental vehicle until the work was completed. We left a Jeep Cherokee and drove off in a Challenger!! It was a great experience for us!! More

Sales dept. Was good. My problem is with the service shop, never again! I bought it on Monday from the front row and was told that is hadn't even been through th Was good. My problem is with the service shop, never again! I bought it on Monday from the front row and was told that is hadn't even been through the shop for inspection when I questioned the message that there was something wrong with right rear signal light and the light for service tires was also on. So they said we will deliver it tomorrow but then they said a wire harness for the tail light had to be ordered so still nothing on Wednesday they said Friday for sure because the part arrived on Thursday at approximately 4:30PM. So Friday I drove back to San Angelo. Finally they said the truck was ready at 5:00 PM. I get the truck and the tire light was still on they said take it to all american chevrolet so they could reprogram the TPMS in the tire. Over there I was told that it wasn't reading to go back to the original place. I get there and they say just leave it and we'll have it ready by Monday but by this time I have determined that Lexi in the shop has no idea what they are doing because they replaced the wrong sensor. I am totally upset by now that the manager asked me what would satisfy me and I told him to let me take it to Discount Tire and he cover the bill which he agreed but for me to pay the bill and send him a copy of the receipt and they would overnight me a check. So I drove right next door to Discount and in less that 15 minutes my TPMS was replaced and they said there wasn't even on in the tire. Now let's see if on Tuesday I get a check. When I got home I did my own inspection and found it needed some antifreeze, some Transmission Fluid. And when they pulled off the tail light to replace the wire harness they chipped the paint where they used a screw driver to pry the tail light out. Please Contact Me. I have photos I can share.
