This dealer and owns all but one dealership in Granbury Texas and several if not all in Weatherford Texas. They are crooks. They have a very bad reputation here in Granbury. I was lied too about the list price of vehicles several times and one time in particular the price went up $4,000.00+ after I told them that I would pay in cash since they would not let me use my own financing to buy the Toyota that I was looking at. Stay away if you value honesty, respect, and transparency. You can ask any number of people here in my area and they will tell you don't deal with the Shottenkirks in Granbury or Weatherford Texas. Look else where if you need a vehicle. They will screw you over! More

Shottenkirk lies so much, they lie for fun! It’s like a competition, just because they can. Literally nothing is the truth and they will screw you 7 ways from Sunday to get another dollar. I have truly debated on whether to respond to this. Online and in text/email I made a deal on a 2019 GMC Canyon from Shottenkirk in trade for my 2015 Canyon. I SPECIFICALLY requested additional photo Online and in text/email I made a deal on a 2019 GMC Canyon from Shottenkirk in trade for my 2015 Canyon. I SPECIFICALLY requested additional photos of ANY damage to the truck from LEXUS WILLIAMS. She replied to my email :" NO DAMAGE and has not been smoked in" I have the email and wish I could attach it. She sent me additional "walk around photos" and yet, in photo, and in her email, FAILED to mention FIVE separate areas of highly visible damage. I drove 4 1/2 hours with the deal already made and less than 20 minutes prior to my arrival I received a text that LEXIE was excitedly waiting with the keys to my new truck! I guess my rage was apparent before I even entered the building after walking around the truck because in the 2 1/2 hours I was at the dealership, negotiating after seeing the damage, Lexie never showed her face, and Denise Bone spent the entire time apologizing and making every effort to make things right. If it had not been for DENISE, I would have left after viewing the truck. So, I would love to give Denise 5 1/2 stars, and Lexus 0. Unfortunately, I cannot give the dealership more than 3 stars because they are ultimately responsible for all of their employees. If you wish to do business with Shottenkirk - speak to Denise ! More
