I can’t say enough great things about my salesman Brian Moore. I was not his easiest customer. I knew exactly what I wanted in my new 4 Runner which he put in a lot of work to find I did not know what color as I changed my mind 4 times. Brian would just laugh when I called and say I will see what I can do. He is the best salesman ever and I hope he never leaves the Toyota business. Josh Harrington is amazing as well. Lincoln was awesome from the very beginning. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted at first, but he took the time to help me figure out the best fit for me and my family. I was very anxious about getting a new car. Unprepared and an overall mess of a customer. Lincoln was awesome! He has checked back in a multiple of times making sure I had no questions or concerns, immediately scheduled an appointment with service to get my heated seats put in! He made the entire new car process smooth. I should mention Chris in the Finance department who was also amazing, I know Finance people are usually High-Pressure Jerks, but not Chris he had me laughing and got me out quickly. Buying a new car is stressful for me, and I couldn't of asked for a better salesperson. Considering I was furious and walked out of the previous dealership because they were being incredibly disrespectful, it says a lot that I am so happy with Lincoln and White River Toyota. More

I came in Saturday, 3/1 to purchase a vehicle. The vehicle I was using had finally developed engine trouble and had to be replaced. Lincoln was recommended to me by my supervisor, who had purcha The vehicle I was using had finally developed engine trouble and had to be replaced. Lincoln was recommended to me by my supervisor, who had purchased a vehicle through him for his wife. I had done research on the various vehicles in my price range and reached out to him with that information. We set an appointment for the morning of the first and I had obtained pre - approval from my bank. We met and the option to apply through him was mentioned, but I never felt pressure to accept. The vehicle in question was readily available and I went for a test drive. I liked the vehicle and decided to buy, and Lincoln begun the process. He did explain that there were options that could be added, but did not pressure me into adding them. He listened and answered any questions I had. The finance associate then took me and explained the different warranty offers and was willing to work on affordability of those options, however, I did have a budget, and I felt that my wishes were respected, the options were well explained and although I could not add anything at the time, I could do so before the factory warranty ends. Again, all decisions, I felt, were mine to make and am happy that I was not pressured into doing anything. Needless to say, that I am driving the vehicle, and I love it I appreciate the help, and assistance, this is a dealer and dealership that I will have no problem purchasing from again. More
