This is the second vehicle my husband and I have bought from Linda Radue at Burnsville Volkswagen. Linda is courteous,professional, competent and accessible. Linda gave us several options to pick from and test drive. There was no pressure from this dealership or Linda. We were given concise facts, trade in amounts and estimated final costs, all with in a very efficent period of time. When we called Linda 2 hours later and asked to pick up a vehicle we decided on, Linda had the paper work started on for financing, the car was prepared for us and thorough walk through on the car before we left. All this was done within a 2 hour period of time. I appreciate Linda's honesty, genuine caring for all the people she works with and the customers I watched her dealing with. Linda is sincere in dealing with everyone and a big credit to VW Burnsville. I will continue to trust her judgement when going to pick out a car new or used. All the staff at VW Burnsville are friendly, smile and acknowledge you even when you are not directly dealing with them. A very pleasurable experience purchasing this car. Brad Knudson is Mr. Customer service - he goes above and beyond to take good care of me! He rocks! Last visit I tried to get aloaner and mydrivers licens was expired, he got me a ride to th DMV - got me picked back up and I had my issue resolved in less tha 35 minutes. By then the work on my car was done and I did not need the loaner! Saved me time and money and saved the dealership time and money. made me a happy camper! You guys get it! The response felt pre-recorded at a time I was just looking for help and guidance. Something was different, however, when I call Burnsville Volkswagen and spoke with Linda Radue. She asked a few questions, did some research, and called us back shortly afterwards with a couple of different options. A few days later we found a great fit for our family. Throughout the process Linda provided exceptional service. She was very knowledgeable and refreshing to work with. Even after the sale, she stayed late to make sure we were completely comfortable in our new car, walking us through the various options found in it as well as helping us set up our Bluetooth. If you are in a market for a vehicle, I would definitely recommend giving Linda a call. More
