My boyfriend drives a VW Phaeton and loves it. When I started talking about trading in my truck for a car, he immediately suggested looking at a VW. We went into the dealership and started looking and Li started talking about trading in my truck for a car, he immediately suggested looking at a VW. We went into the dealership and started looking and Linda came to help. I was totally indecisive about what I wanted to do or what kind of vehicle I wanted to look at. I didn't think I was ready to trade in my truck either. Linda was very patient and worked with me through the whole experience. I started looking at a Tiguan then a CC and ended up buying a Passat. This was over a weeks time. We spent several hours there driving different vehicles and talking to Linda and Jay. Every time we went in, no matter how busy she was, she always took the time for us. Always had a smile and always made sure we were taken care of. This is the first car I have ever purchased on my own and it was a big deal for me and she made it even better!! There ended up being an issue with the car after I bought it. They sent a mechanic out on Sunday and got me up and going and then on Monday I took the car in, was in a loaner car and on my way in less then 5 minutes. My car was delivered to me on Tuesday in perfect condition and has been running perfectly ever since. If you are looking for a car and a great buying experience Linda is who you need to ask for when you go in. When she says she treats you like family, she really means it!! I am now part of the VW family and am not missing my truck at all!! More

I had been car shopping for about a week when my cousin (who is and always has been a very proud VW owner) took me into Burnsville VW to do some test drives. I am (and have always) been an avid Honda owner (who is and always has been a very proud VW owner) took me into Burnsville VW to do some test drives. I am (and have always) been an avid Honda owner, but was willing to give VW a shot. I test drove a couple cars (picked out by Linda who is amazing by the way) and I ended up buying a 2007 VW Passat!! I am now a proud VW owner and would recommend this dealership and salesperson Linda to any one of my closest friends. The staff was extremely professional and very friendly. Not your typical "pushy" sales people here. I want to go back to just say "hello". Talk about your MN nice!! This is a great place to go if you're looking to purchase a new or used car!! After purchasing a volkswagen a few years ago at Luther Westside VW (in St Louis Park, MN) we initially went back to look for a used 2012 Tiguan. The service was terrible, to say the least. After reading good reviews about the Burnsville Luther dealership we decided to give it a try. We worked with Linda Radue, who was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, gave us a fair price on our 2002 Jetta trade-in, and went out of her way to make sure we were 100% happy with our purchase of a used 2012 Tiguan. When we were about to leave she came out to show us a few features and we all noticed a slight white spot on the black car, she sent the car back to have it "buffed" out - talk about great service! We have a 2006 passat that we will need to replace in the next year or two and we will 100% go back to Burnsville Luther and ask for Linda. Customer service is so important and Luther Burnsville seems to understand the importance of making it a positive experience for their customers. More

Our experience was rather unusual. We live in Hot Springs, SD and were visiting family in the Twin Cities. We had a 2011 Jetta TDI with 48000 miles on it. We had a problem with the car a few months i Springs, SD and were visiting family in the Twin Cities. We had a 2011 Jetta TDI with 48000 miles on it. We had a problem with the car a few months in the past where it wouldn't start. It was hauled to the dealer in Rapid City (fine folks also!) but they were unable to duplicate the issue. While we were in MN it did it again. This time my son and I fixed it by disconnecting the battery cable and waiting a minute or so, reconnected it and we were off. (Just like a Windows PC at the BSOD!) So we went to Burnsville VW to see if they could fix it before we headed back to SD. As luck would have it we met Sandie (a wonderful person!) And while we were waiting she introduced us to Linda. When the smoke cleared we were driving out with a 2013 Jetta TDI; a near duplicate to the 2011 version. So off we go back home and we stop at a Shell station in Luverne, MN to get fuel. We were unable to get the nozzle into the car!!! Turns out VW in their ultimate wisdom(?) decided to add an interlock to prevent folks from putting gasoline into their cars. Now this is just fine had we known about it. Called Burnville and other VW sites and got mixed reviews; some knew of the issue and some didn't. A dealer in Sioux Falls said if we get there they would help us out - which they did - went to a local Sinclair station and the nozzle went in fine. Turns out there are 'THREE' sizes of diesel nozzles now-days and not all stations have the new 'mid-sized' required for diesel VWs. Fortunately for us we got great help from the VW dealers we dealt with and the weather cooperated. Had it been 30 below and 50 mph winds and we were nearly out of fuel..... So make sure you test the fuel filler nozzle at your local service stations before venturing too far!! We have had no issues since and the car has been over 4000 miles so far. Never found out what happened to the 2011 car... More

I just purchased my second Jetta lease from Burnsville Volks and Linda Radue and am super happy with my new car! I traded up for new options the 2013 Jetta offers and the beautiful new color, Moonrock Sil Volks and Linda Radue and am super happy with my new car! I traded up for new options the 2013 Jetta offers and the beautiful new color, Moonrock Silver Metallic. I love the bluetooth syncing with my iPhone, the heated seats, sunroof & great sound system. All the creature comforts for a Minnesota driver. I've had many Jetta's & Audi A4's in the past and still keep coming back to them. They have just enough room plus a big, easy to load trunk while being small enough to park in the city. My customer experience could not be better at this dealer. The new facility has easy access and is a cross between an Executive Lounge at an airport and an Apple store! It's light, bright & has comfy chairs & snacks while you wait for the best service people in town to service your car. I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and the delightful Linda Radue is a pleasure to make a deal with! My congratulations to them for an exceptional dealership & for changing the ways we all think about the 'car buying' experience. More
