My husband and I stopped in to Burnsville Volkswagon with just a few minutes to spare as we were passing by. We were kindly greeted by Linda Radue. I appreciated that very much, because all too many times the sales person we talk to don't know a thing about the product they are selling. My son and I came back later that day and took the Routon out for a test drive. We were considering both used and new vehicles and decided to look at the used 2012 vans after seeing the savings. We returned to the dealership the next day and made the purchase. Linda was great to work with, was never pushy and even watched my kids for us while we went in to finance the vehicle! Overall, it was a very pleasant buying experience and cannot recommend Linda and Burnsville VW enough! She is a delightful lady and works incredibly hard. Thank you Linda! More

All of our expectations were met regarding the leasing of a new 2013 Passat. Linda Radue did an excellent job of introducing us to the different types of Passats, encouraged us to test drive both the 2.5 an a new 2013 Passat. Linda Radue did an excellent job of introducing us to the different types of Passats, encouraged us to test drive both the 2.5 and the V6 to get a feel for what we were most comfortable with. She was straight forward re: the price and explained exactly what would transpire with the lease signing. Once the car was ours, Linda did such a great job of explaining the use of the car, Bluetooth, radio, Navigation...etc. We drove away with confidence knowing that we could call or come back with any questions we might have. Linda was the friendliest, most knowledgable sales associate that we have had to date in our experiences purchasing a car. More

I went in to Burnsville VW yesterday to get my oil changed and to check on my current lease as it was expiring soon. The service people are all excellant and always very helpful and very friendly. While waiting for my service to be done I sought out Linda Radue, whom I leased my current vehicle from. There she was with that big smile and knew who I was immediately. Inquired about my family and then proceeded to help me sort out the fine details of my current lease and helping me to leave with a new lease and a new vehicle to fit my current needs. What a wonderful dealership and wonderful and knowledgeable staff. This is my 3rd VW with Linda. She always makes you feel like family and always answers all your questions. Today I went into the Burnsville VW because I was looking to get into a new lease car for the sign and drive special that they had going on. I have a few friends who own Volkswagens that told me I needed to to get into a new lease car for the sign and drive special that they had going on. I have a few friends who own Volkswagens that told me I needed to go to the Burnsville Volkswagen because they have good service and are very knowledgeable. More specifically my friends told me that I needed to see Linda Radue because she is very knowledgeable and very friendly. When I arrived at the VW today I was greeted in the lot almost immediately from a sales rep asking me if I had any questions. No offense to the sales rep I asked if Linda was working and if he could lead me to her. The sales rep brought me to Linda's desk and introduced me with the little information he had gathered on me. Linda was very welcoming and greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. I told Linda that I was looking to get into a lease and was leaning more towards the 2013 Jetta SEL (has a tone of awesome features!), linda brought me over to one that she had on the sales floor and began doing a walk around the vehicle with me and telling me about the vehicles features. It was clear to me at that time that she was very knowledgeable about the product she was selling. If I had a question she was able to answer it without hesitation. She then hooked me up with a Jetta to test drive and told me that when I come back to look her up! (YES!!! I got to test drive the vehicle on my own! awesome feeling when the dealer shows a level of trust in you as the buyer!). Any ways the Jetta drove great, it is an awesome product and I decided to move forward on the deal. While I was out test driving, Linda was calculating the value of my trade in, and the cost of the lease with 15,000 miles per year instead of the 10,000. When I returned They gave me what I felt was a fair trade in value on my car. I wound up making a down payment to lower the monthly rate as there was some residual from the previous loan on the car I was trading in. While I was working on paperwork with the finance lady VW washed the Jetta and topped off the gas tank for me! After I finished all the paperwork, Linda made sure that I got my fuel saving reward card, and even got me a VW hat :) After that she brought me out to my new car. Instead of her saying heres your car have fun, she helped me set up my trunk organizer and even got into the passenger seat and helped me pair my phone with bluetooth, and explained how everything worked. She always acted as excited as I was about getting the new car! Once again if I had a question she would have an instant answer as if it was her own car she was selling me. So what my experience today told me is: The dealership takes good care of their customers and looks closely at the needs of each guest. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly I feel that if I ever need anything at all I can call Linda, and I know that she would be happy to talk and would have an answer for me. I feel that when the time comes that I take my car in to get serviced, that I can say hi to Linda and the others I met while I wait for my car to get done. Great job to Linda and her team! They really made my first new car buying experience enjoyable and hassle free!!! More
