Extremely over priced would not recommend even to a stranger on the street. You can not walk out of there without at least having $190 stolen from you for them doing absolutely nothing. What made the situation worse was the clear lack of importance placed on customer satisfaction. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and made no effort to expedite the service or provide any for importance placed on customer satisfaction. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and made no effort to expedite the service or provide any form of compensation for the delay. It was evident that customer care is not a priority for this dealership. Overall, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Banister Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Hampton.
