I knew everything before hand and wasn't hit with any surprises when I got there. She even sent me a video walk around of the car before hand. Everything was upfront and honest. Lindsey was very friendly and personable. Jake, was also very good. Didn't pressure me with any add on's, made me feel comfortable and was very honest. Overall great buying experience. From the moment I called to verify the availability of the car I wanted to helping me carry my stuff to my new car every member of this family made me feel a part of something bigger than just buying a car. Ron felt more like a consultant and friend helping me by a car then someone trying to make a sale. Even though Ron was my direct rep, Tina, Lindsay, Libby and Ariel were there to do the little things to make this process as easy as possible. The final pieces of paperwork with Pat were very easy and very quick. And while I was there Bob, Shannon, and Patricia in service helped me schedule my tuneup for my now 10-year-old XC 90 and gave me a place to hang out while my new car was getting its finishing touches.
