It took a little while to get the car but it was Saturday and extremely busy so that was expected. I feel like my trade in was a little lower than it should have been but what can you do. Lindsay was great. We talked by phone on Friday and she checked the availability of some used cars. We had an appointment for 1pm the next day and she was ready with the carfax and details about the vehicle I was interested in. A test drive and meeting with Rob in finance...who was awesome as well...and a few hours later I drove off the lot in my new car. Everyone I met was friendly, professional and willing to answer any questions I had. This is my third purchase from Heritage Toyota and every encounter seems better than the last. I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else. The team is awesome!! More
