Clara streamlined the buying process and sent us videos of the vehicle beforehand. Her transparency regarding the car's history and pleasant demeanor made the experience enjoyable. Lisa expertly walked us through the paperwork, displaying patience and providing clear answers to our questions. She was fantastic to work with and got us a very competitive interest rate. This was the only dealership we have been to where the GM made a conscious effort to introduce himself, speak with us and make sure we’re comfortable and taken care of. This is our 4th Qx80 we have bought from Infiniti of Gwinnett. We always receive great service and sales from an experienced team. Our finance advisor Lisa was warm and personable — and even with assistance on just her third day, she made the process feel comfortable and seamless.
