Every person I encountered at BDChevy was polite and professional. I was concerned that it was time to replace my front brakes but that is a job I have always done. However, At almost 78 with a recent knee replacement I thought it better to have a Chevy dealer do the work. I no more than was seated in the waiting room and I was asked to look at my brake pads. At 89,000 miles they were hardly worn. Since I needed transmission fluid and coolant changed I had them to do that work instead. The price I had to pay turned out to be significantly lower than they quoted me (that I was willing to pay). I have some additional fluid changes to be done soon and I will be taking my truck to Dickason Chevy. I was a pleasure to deal with professional, polite people. More
