Dealing with McKaig in Gladewater is 100% better than any other experience at other dealerships. They worked hard to learn exactly what kind of car and price I was trying to get, and they helped me find a d other experience at other dealerships. They worked hard to learn exactly what kind of car and price I was trying to get, and they helped me find a deal to fit my needs. I didn't feel pressured like some of the other dealerships. I connected first with Summer and Alisa online via the website and then worked with David once I got to the dealership. They were all very friendly and helpful. Taylor also did a great job of explaining all the financing terms. 10/10 would definitely recommend them all! More

extremely pleased My salesman was Dennis Smith. He is pleasant to deal with, no pressure, and assists with meeting one's needs. I ordered my car from Chevrolet and in My salesman was Dennis Smith. He is pleasant to deal with, no pressure, and assists with meeting one's needs. I ordered my car from Chevrolet and in less than a month, it arrived with all the bells and whistles, a 2019 Chevy Traverse Premier. I was introduced to a large number of staff. This dealership is more like meeting a new family. All in all, what a great purchasing experience. I highly recommend this dealer. More

My first new car in 17 years. Mckaig Chevrolet in Gladewater, TX really went above and beyond what they should have to help me be able to get in my first new vehicle in about 17 ye Mckaig Chevrolet in Gladewater, TX really went above and beyond what they should have to help me be able to get in my first new vehicle in about 17 years. Charles Phillips is an awesome salesman that went way out of his way to help me out. He even came to the dealership on his day off to make sure my car was cleaned and ready for me and even took the time to show me everything on the car and how it worked. Can't say enough about his loyalty and commitment to his customers. Lisa Bryant also took the time to help me through the process and even gave great advice on how to pay my car off quicker. Maybe wish I wouldn't have been so nervous and haggled a little on the price, lol, but very satisfied with my payments and so very blessed to have this new car with tons of room for me and my daughter to be comfortable in and enjoy.
