Tracy was a pleasure to work with and Shelly took care of me like always. This was probably the quickest most hassle free process I have ever been involved with while buying a new vehicle. Always excellent customer service. Walter and James are always great to work with on the sales floor. Lisa and the entire service dept is top notch. They always give you that hometown small business feeling. I made a mistake and bought my last truck from somewhere else only because Silsbee did not have the trim I was looking at. However, even though I bought it elsewhere Walter and James made sure that the "after sell" stuff like getting my 2nd key fob got taken care of 10 times faster than the dealership which sold me the truck. I will not make the mistake of buying my Toyotas anywhere else ever again!!! More
