First off this woman is the sweetest! ! We live 30 minutes away and she offered to drive the car to us to have a test drive and have us look it over! She also went as far as to send us a p ! We live 30 minutes away and she offered to drive the car to us to have a test drive and have us look it over! She also went as far as to send us a personal video of the car we were interested it! When we got there she welcomed us and our children, offered us drinks and made everything so fast and easy. Not only did she explain things to us, she also engaged our children which I really loved! To anyone needed a car I would highly recommend this place and this wonderful woman!! More

I live in Arkansas and I have never had the kind of service that I received over the phone than I did with Lisa Cook. Extremely easy and personal to deal with. Lisa was willing to come into work on a Saturday, which also happened to be her 28th anniversary, just to help me look for a car and test drive a few Lisa was willing to come into work on a Saturday, which also happened to be her 28th anniversary, just to help me look for a car and test drive a few around the lot. They really helped me buy out my vehicle at the end of my lease when dealers in Murfreesboro (Ford of Murfreesboro) wanted to charge me ridiculous amounts for a non required inspection and warranty. If you'r lease when dealers in Murfreesboro (Ford of Murfreesboro) wanted to charge me ridiculous amounts for a non required inspection and warranty. If you're in the same position and don't want to be extorted, drive South and ask for Lisa Cook and you'll get a fair deal and great service. Dealt with quickly and as a human being not an open wallet. More

My Son and I drove 4 hours from Georgia to look at and buy a 2014 Denali that I had been talking to Lisa and Brian about all week. Was talking with Lisa first about the truck and she told me it was a nice buy a 2014 Denali that I had been talking to Lisa and Brian about all week. Was talking with Lisa first about the truck and she told me it was a nice and very clean truck, even sent me a short video which couldn't tell much when watching. I asked if the truck had went through their service department and was told YES and that the service manager said it was a "Bad A__ Machine". Then I start talking with Brian, he also said the truck had been looked over by the service department but couldn't answer any of my questions or give me any kind of information other than it had been modified per the previous owner. I wanted to give my credit card number to hold the truck for two days until we could get up there to insure it would be there and was told it would be a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT!!!!! I should have known then what kind of people I was dealing with..... I did talk to Lisa Friday evening and she assured me that the truck would be there, detailed and parked in front of the dealership with papers in hand ready to go. Well when we got there at 9:30 the truck was not parked in front of the dealership and definitely had not been cleaned in quit sometime, it was still parked on the used lot side. I start looking the truck over and very displeased I lay down under the truck to notice that all the filters were covered with fluids and had definitely had not been serviced!!! While I was under the truck Lisa and Brian came out to the truck and remote started it while I was under it with my son standing there and antifreeze was dripping rapidly from the bottom of the motor while it was running so I told them to turn it off..... The connector going into the firewall was bad and leaking antifreeze. Lisa got us a dealer tag to go drive it while she talked with the service department and the front end felt like it was going to come out from under it...... It was out of balance and out of line and they tried to blame it on the road making it pull to the right...... When we got back Lisa pulled it into the service area and my son and I decided we would pass and I told Lisa and she told the guys to forget about it that we didn't want the truck. We went across the street to Shelbyville Auto Sales and was talking with Monte about one of their trucks when I watched the service guy pull the truck at Newton back down and put it right back on the lot where it was when we got there. I couldn't believe they just put it right back on the lot to rip someone else off that may not know what they're looking at, JUST UNREAL!!!!!!! It all worked out for us though, we got a fine truck from Shelbyville Auto sales and Monte and Joey are some stand up guys....God works in mysterious ways and I WILL do business again with Monte and Joey over at Shelbyville Auto Sales and will tell everyone else I know as well... More
