Made first contact online after seeing a couple of vehicles i was interested in. Communication was pleasant and there was need for very little back and forth. Maurice’s Mustang Purchase at Newton Ford in Shelbyville, TN My name is Maurice & I live in New Jersey... For the last couple of months I’ve sent a Mustang GT Premium Build Summary to a dozen Ford Dealerships ( My name is Maurice & I live in New Jersey... For the last couple of months I’ve sent a Mustang GT Premium Build Summary to a dozen Ford Dealerships (9 in NJ & 3 in NC). My original plan was to order a 2020, but I was waiting for a break in the weather... Let me also say that I am FAR from a FAN of Car Salespeople! I could elaborate, but I’ll just get to the point... While I was waiting, one of the options I wanted went up $1200 in price.... That’s when I looked for 2019s that were close to what I wanted to order... I found a car on the internet & soon received a call from Lisa Cook at Newton Ford in Shelbyville,TN.... I explained my situation to her & she responded accordingly.... She had the car that I wanted (minus the floor mats) & gave me a Very Reasonable OTD price.... Lisa was Very Friendly AND Efficient! She even got me the floor mats that I wanted and had them in the car for me... After I made a deposit (over the phone), We set up an appointment to complete the deal... After a 2 hour flight delay & a 2 hour flight, I arrived in Nashville, where they arranged for a driver to pick me up.... I got to the Dealership AFTER they had closed.... Lisa waited for me and our transaction went smooth & according to plan.. No negative surprises! I drove the car home (900 miles) and couldn’t be HAPPIER! I’m 55 years old & I’ve NEVER summited POSITIVE Feedback to ANY car dealerships prior to this... Never had a reason to.... That being said, I just wanted to say “Thanks” to Lisa as well as James, Anthony & Brian!! You have a Great Team there & I would do it All Again! More
