Worst experience I enquired about used Honda accord in afternoon. I got email at 3:41 pm to visit the showroom. I was there at 5:00pm. After 10 minutes i was told tha I enquired about used Honda accord in afternoon. I got email at 3:41 pm to visit the showroom. I was there at 5:00pm. After talking to Lisa over the phone, i was very specific and told her i wanted to come by on Saturday morning and wasn't planing on being there for more than a few hours. upon arrival, to my surprise! i was greeted right away by a salesman named Agustin Olivera, he was very professional and made my experience extremely helpful. they had my car pulled up within minutes and i was in and out the dealership in just under 2 hours. very satisfied with with my car buying process and it was one of my best experience. hats off Lisa and Agustin. will be back soon for my daughters!
