I was blown away with the experience I had at this one however. Everyone here starting from the receptionist all the way to the after sales service folks are pleasant, patient, and easy to work with. I went here to buy a used Mazda CX 9 that I found online. I was able to negotiate a price that was much better than what was posted online. To save me the trouble of finding financing, they even worked out an finance plan that was better than the terms I would get had I looked for it myself. I was pressured not once in making a decision. They talked to me patiently about their best offer and gave me ample time decide if I was going to take it. Thanks to Jesse Ferrentino, Adiran Acosta and his team, we walked in there with only the intention to test drive a car and walked out of there - excited and assured - without any feeling of being cheated or pressured. I will surely go back to this dealership in case I find a car that I would like to buy there. If you have had one or more bad experiences with dealerships in the past, I urge you to try this one - They will surely change your mind about how a dealership ought to operate like. Not only did he actually greet us when we walked in the front door for our appointment but everything from there on out was truly a remarkable and enjoyable experience. Not like anything we ever had before in purchasing a vehicle. John is a true professional, very personable and very down to earth. He says it like it is which makes his integrity shine. We would highly recommend using John Q for your next auto purchase!! If we ever buy another Honda in our lives, John will be the person we would use regardless of where we lived at the time. He did not only explain and demonstrate every detail of the vehicle we were interested in, he takes it to the next level and then some too. He made us feel like he is there for us, and for always, anytime!! In today's world, who would actually tell you to call them on their cell on their day off?? John Q does. And does it with a smile! I thought they were reasonable and went in to the dealership. Bruno let me test drive both vehicles and I really liked the Accord. He honored my price quote with no hidden fees and no high pressure sales pitch. He explained everything in simple, understandable language and I was in and driving away with a new 2018 Honda Accord Sedan in about 3 hours. Thanks Bruno for making my experience hassle-free. DCH ACADEMY didn't have any problems giving me a quote right away compared to other dealers, their first quote had already out shined other dealers and negotiation was actually very smooth. Moving on to paper work i was introduced to Enrique, who was very courteous. Patrick took over the paper work, as it was already after 9 PM, he was very patient and thorough. (sorry can't remember last names). Now it was just past 10 PM but the finance guy patiently went over everything with me unlike my previous car finances (sign here, there, there and here we gotta go!). Regardless of the time, Patrick was in no rush while he went over all the features in the 2018 model. A lot of reviews i read about dealers is that they don't care about you after they take your money, guess what, i left my garage control at the dealer so i called them the next day to make sure it was there, i got the front desk and they transferred me to Patrick who went looking for it and held it for me. Now, i don't know how long its supposed to take for plates to be ready but mine were ready in six (6) days counting Saturday and Sunday, (why i mentioned? All other previous dealers took almost a month.) Why would you go elsewhere? DCH ACADEMY will beat any dealer! More
