Lisa Pyrcz was great. Gave me trade in values over txt and they came in right on point. Took about 4.5 hrs which wasn't fun, but she kept it moving. I purchased a 2024 Ram 2500 diesel from Cox Chevrolet, and the dealership installed the wrong engine oil (15W-40) during service. According to a Ram Technical Service Bulletin, this oil should not be used and the dealership installed the wrong engine oil (15W-40) during service. According to a Ram Technical Service Bulletin, this oil should not be used in this engine because it can cause engine damage. After noticing abnormal engine noise, I contacted a local Ram dealership. They informed me that using 15W-40 in this engine can cause damage and may void the powertrain warranty. Cox Chevrolet eventually changed the oil to the correct specification, but they refuse to acknowledge the potential damage or undo the deal. They are acting as though the issue is resolved simply because the oil was replaced, despite the fact that the engine may have already experienced damage and the warranty could be affected. I am seeking a proper resolution to this issue, as I purchased a new truck that may already have engine damage due to incorrect service performed by the selling dealership. More

They sold me a truck with engine damage because they use the wrong oil. I bought a 2024 Ram 2500 with the diesel engine and they installed 15W40 oil. Cox Chevrolet refuses to undo the deal they change the oil with the correct oil and are acting like everything is fine. After speaking with the local Ram dealership they said that the wrong oil would cause it to void the powertrain warranty and cause engine damage and potentially engine failure. They do not want to help me address the situation other than the oil change that they already did. More
