I didn't know how far to go so we pulled in behind another vehicle. Well the guy was definitely annoyed. Said next time don't pull in and that this Lane was just for express, whatever. I didn't see any signs, I didn't know where to go, how far, I just guessed and I guessed wrong. I wanted to use a coupon for oil change and tire rotation but he told me that since I pulled into that Lane, I couldn't so I spent the same amount for just an oil change as I would've for the tires to be rotated as well. But everyone else was nice and the service was extremely fast and I will go back. I some know who I worked with so I just guessed a name but she owns a Spark like I do and she was very nice More
