Colorado torque converter shudder. First told me 14 days to fix then when I told Jeremiah I was leaving state in 14 days, he made 10 day to fix. I left my truck. He had spoke to his supervisor of my urgency and they put me ahead of everyone waiting for same dix How awesome is Stingray to do that? Stingray will have me as a customer in the future for my maintenance needs and I will let anyone know of their commitment to customer satisfaction. Lisa was also very nice and helpful with loaner car details. More

1st oil change on new vechicle Lisa was very helpful in setting up my appointment and settling my mind as I was on vacation and had gone over on my mileage but she told me not to wo Lisa was very helpful in setting up my appointment and settling my mind as I was on vacation and had gone over on my mileage but she told me not to worry after checking my oil range still had 26% Lisa told me I was good and she would schedule me an appointment for Wed. afternoon which worked out perfectly for me. Bill Sutton was my service welcome and he was able to get me in for my appointment even though I was 45 mins. early. So not only were they able to work me in early I also got finished and out before my scheduled appointment. Great service and respect for your customers time. More
