They have me a ride and when I found out it wasn't going to be done the same I always have great service at Sting ray. That is why I keep coming back. Service Center Visit I always take my truck to Stingray Chevrolet but this time was due to a nail in my tire. The service team fixed my flat, returned the spare back in pl I always take my truck to Stingray Chevrolet but this time was due to a nail in my tire. The service team fixed my flat, returned the spare back in place and packaged up the jack and tire iron components up for me to quickly stow back in its place. Frankly I never expected them to do all that. Thank you for a great service experience! More

Terrible Experience at Stingray Chevrolet It was simply terrible. Needing to edit a week for an oil change when there are ships that you can drive into with no appointment - simply ridiculous. It was simply terrible. Needing to edit a week for an oil change when there are ships that you can drive into with no appointment - simply ridiculous. Then being told, in the sweltering heat of Florida, that a GM defective A/C could in a Tahoe LTZ not be fixed for another week, requiring my wife and children to use a car with no A/C - outrageous! Then forcing my wife with a weeks long appointment to wait 45 minutes before taking care of her, then keeping the car for 2 days and returning it with NO gas and mud-dirty - absolutely anti-customer. Guess buy 12 GM new vehicles in my life and 4 from Stingray meant my wife/family should be harassed. Now, after all the insults and injury - the A/C unit is still not functioning correctly! More

Worse Service Department This has to be the worst service department out all dealers!!!! Car had about 4,800 miles and had to take it to them due to bad alignment, vibration This has to be the worst service department out all dealers!!!! Car had about 4,800 miles and had to take it to them due to bad alignment, vibration while braking (above 45 mph ) and sound coming from the front on the car. Left if for 4 days and they call to inform that car had a nail on one of the tires, told them ok to go ahead and patch it and asked if they had any luck finding the issues and told me that they needed more time to find what was written and told them ok. Never got a call back telling that the car was ready for pick up, so I drove there (45 min away) to find out that their so called TECH couldn’t replicated any of the symptoms. How in xxxx you cant replicated a sound and vibration that everyone that sits on my car can hear and feel. So, I decided to take the car (2018 corvette z06 ) home that day. Couple weeks passed and car got worse, so there again I was driving back to the dealership, but this time decided to speak with the service manager (Justin ) and explained my situation and he told me that more likely the brake rotors needed change. 4 days passed and called back an a lady on the service department answered my call, I polite asked her what was the status of my car but informed me that only the advisor that helped was able to see or tell me that was going on, and by the way he is off today (friday) until monday, so you have to wait until he comes back. Car is still on their hands and hopefully Justin comes back, so I can find out what is wrong with my car. FYI—-this is not expressing how bad they treated, disrespect and miss informed me all along. Also, they so called TECH smoked inside my car and had to get it detailed next day due to the fact that my wife is extremely allergic. WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT HIRES BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. More
