Attentive to customer When we arrived to drop off our vehicle we were met promptly and directed to service Dept. We were assigned to Ricky but he was delayed unexpectedly. When we arrived to drop off our vehicle we were met promptly and directed to service Dept. We were assigned to Ricky but he was delayed unexpectedly. We were transferred to another attendant who took great care to make sure our needs were met, ev3n arranged a loaner car to our liking. A few days later when it was time to pick up our car we were again met promptly and escorted to the necessary depts to complete our transaction and return the loaner car. Everything went very smooth throughout the whole experience. Deginiywould recommend Stingray....they take great care of their customers! More

Car was there 2 weeks. I owned it 8 months 2012 had 10118 8. Months i had my car 4 times in shop the vendors they use r very unreliable. There mechanics they use guess at problem had car back twice for same p 8. Months i had my car 4 times in shop the vendors they use r very unreliable. There mechanics they use guess at problem had car back twice for same problem. Will NEVER take my car back there. 22000 doller car in shop 4 times in 8 months More

Aggravating at first. Made right in the end. I felt like I was caught in the middle of a "Pissing" contest between my salesmen " Brad" and the service dept. When I bought my Silverado, I purchase I felt like I was caught in the middle of a "Pissing" contest between my salesmen " Brad" and the service dept. When I bought my Silverado, I purchased retrieval hooks for the front. I know I can buy the hooks on the internet for about 20$, but I paid the 225$ through Chevrolet for the install job. I took the day off work after being told I could have it done on a Sat. by Brad. Which wasnt the case. After 3 hrs I was appalled at the installation. It was horrific! Brad, Larry And another Salesman agreed it was the worst they had seen. Whis I had pictures to attach, but im sure the people involved will remeber. Needless to say I was pretty upset at the waste of time and the installation! It was corrected timely. I was given a loner Truck. It was also delivered to my house. A new front skirt was ordered and installed on my truck at the cost of Stingray, which I appreciate greatly! I feel the need to mention the names of everyone involved in making this right timely and correctly. I appreciate the professionalism of these individuals. A big thanks to Larry Hanson, Bruno Onetti, and Lisa Rice. I was told the problem was I should have had to order a new front skirt for the retrieval hooks. The hooks are sold in your catalog seperately. So i dont quite understand that. I would have been more than happy if they would have just done a better job with the existing knock outs on the original skirt. It was corrected though and again I appreciate it and everyone involved. My Truck looks great! More
