I recently purchased a 2021 Trailblazer. I had been waiting since March for these SUVs to be available on site for test driving. I emailed/texted many dealerships. I dealt with Matt Tyson at George W waiting since March for these SUVs to be available on site for test driving. I emailed/texted many dealerships. I dealt with Matt Tyson at George Weber over a few weeks. He was really great and answered my many questions. When they received some onsite, he contacted me and I was able to test drive same day. I was hesitant to go to a dealership,as I did not want to deal with pushy sales associates. Matt was a regular guy and it appealed to me. I had also dealt with an associate at Jim Butler outlet though, so I did go out there to check it out. I was turned off right away when the person I had dealt with by phone/text/email was not the sales associate that greeted me. I had to go over AGAIN everything I had covered with "Kelly" by phone/text/email already. While Jim Butler Outlet was a few hundred dollars cheaper, I still went back to Matt. That had EVERTHING to do with the customer service. Matt was PHENOMENAL!!!!! Jim in finance, made the financing easy and he was great to deal with. And Lisa Snyder was AWESOME. I know for a FACT, that she showed me items I probably never would have known existed as I doubt I would have taken the time to read the 4-5 manuals. Definitely worth it, coming to George Weber. More

Great car buying experience. Ron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as I was purchasing a fully electric car. I was able to get everything set up at home very easily.
