I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but my experience at Kia North was by far the worst. I had an appointment for a regular oil change and arrived at 10:30 AM, yet my service was not completed experience at Kia North was by far the worst. I had an appointment for a regular oil change and arrived at 10:30 AM, yet my service was not completed until 5:25 PM. On top of the unreasonable wait time, I was charged $125, which makes me question what benefit there is to going to the dealer instead of simply using a 10-minute oil change location for a fraction of the price. This is the second vehicle I’ve leased from this location—mainly because my wife likes Kia—but after this experience, I will make sure it’s the last. The lack of efficiency, value, and respect for customers’ time is unacceptable More
