Overall, our experience was a bit frustrating. We came to inquire about a jeep Wrangler that we did end up buying. We were going to trade in and did trade in our Jeep grand Cherokee. The initial offer was way too low and the second offer was on point with what we needed. The problem with that was that when the individual came and shared with us the price they tried to tell me that our grand Cherokee was leaking like crazy. This was an outright lie. I just have it serviced and knew for a fact, it was not leaking at all given it came from our trusted service provider. We owned our car outright and this should’ve been an extremely quick process and instead took four hours. We had our title and it could sign it over and there was no financing taking place. We still had to sit through a whole finance presentation and a storyline of being told that a person had to share these details or they could get fired. This is utterly ridiculous. They’re walking us through warranties and things like that that I explicitly stated that we do not want and I really don’t want to go through this. We were basically forced to sit and listen to all of that. Between those two different things that was enough to make it a really discouraging and disappointing experience. While we did still take the wrangler, I certainly would not recommend or return to try and go through that process again when it could have literally been a 60 minute scenario of treating in our car and buying the wrangler. Also being forced to sit through things when explicitly state I’m not interested is not only rude, but extremely frustrating. The only silver lining for us was that the thermostat went out a couple days later and because of the Morrie‘s promise that we have for the short window of time that was taken care of and the service gentleman who took care of us did an extremely great job. If the rest of the process had been similar to what he provided it would’ve changed the whole trajectory. More

Everyone at Morrie’s was very kind and made us feel welcome. They took the time to say hello and ask us about ourselves. We were made to feel like we mattered. Sent the sales person an email asking if there was any additional information required to sign off on the lease. Never heard a response back and when I got there, I was told my wife had to be there added additional information required to sign off on the lease.
