Liz was my service provider, and the experience was awesome. I was initially signed up for the "B" service for my 450 GLE Mercedes-Benz, and after coming into the dealership and talking with Liz about awesome. Liz took the time to look my vehicle up and confirmed the type of service that was actually needed for my vehicle. Liz was very professional and listened to all of my concerns and addressed them as well. I was kept apprised of the service provided to my vehicle and informed when my vehicle was ready to be picked up.
