Went in to have my state inspection and also schedule the annual maintenance. Was able to do that without having made an appointment. As usual staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Outstanding service. Brought our '19 GLC 300 4matic in for standard B (30K) service. On check in I expressed concern with the rear suspension (performance and and noise not to "spec"). The service mgr t for standard B (30K) service. On check in I expressed concern with the rear suspension (performance and and noise not to "spec"). The service mgr test drove the vehicle, put it on the chassis test stand and confirmed the issue. Both rear shocks and mounting hardware were replaced under warranty. Our service advisor Liz kept us appraised of the findings and the status of the repair work. The service technician test drove the vehicle again after the work was completed to ensure this resolved both the performance and noise issues. The car was returned washed and cleaned. Car feels great now. Thanks MBOTW for addressing this issue promptly and professionally. More
