The first had to do with an air conditioning problem that This is the second time I have visited the service center at Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands. The first had to do with an air conditioning problem that was immediately corrected. The second time was for my B Service on my Benz. Just like the first time, I was met by quickly, ascertained the reason for my visit and, then, shown to the waiting area. My Service Advisor - Liz Rincon - met with me and began the process of service needs. She was most helpful as well as knowledgeable. She continuously kept me appraised of the work schedule, provided an estimate and permitted me the opportunity to make any changes to the proposal. Her knowledge was extremely helpful in making determinations as to the pros and cons of the suggested service items. This is the second time I have been fortunate to have Liz as my Service Advisor. They do an exceptionally excellent job. More

While there they fed us lunch and had coffee and anything else we might want to drink.
