She took care of the issues for which I brought my vehicle in, put me in a service loaner unit and had my vehicle ready the same day. I had a prior commitment that evening and there was not a problem with me returning the loaner the next morning. When I arrived for pick up, I was in and out of the dealership in less than 15 minutes! I am very pleased and impressed with Liz and MB of the Woodlands. I will be back soon for my Service B. More
