Liz is my service manager and does a great job, actually beyond great. Narciso also helps out and is fabulous with service. They know you by name, they have special food (ice cream, starbucks... ) to nibble on. And provide massages!! Wash your car with every visit. Like where else do you get this spoiled for coming in to get excellent service!! Buy a Mercedes just to be able to come to this dealership. WOW!!! More

I was enthusiastically greeted by Sales Client Advisor- Monica Sauceda. She proceeded in showing me a similar model in their beautiful showroom. Monica did not pressure me, and she could sense my apprehension, and with her assurance that I would be able to buy a new MB. Monica throughout the entire process displayed expertise , professionalism, tenacity, friendliness, compassion and truly a genuine warmth in my buying process. Monica you are SUPERB!!! I went there to get my car serviced and when I drove up to the glass doors they opened and I drove into the air condition service department where I was Greeted right away! My Service Advisor, Liz Rincon already had my loaner car waiting! She had my car taken care of in a timely manor and answered all concerns I had about my car! I even had them tint the windows on my C350 ?? They also have a MASSEUSE!! REALLY,, You can get a message while you wait! I am also impressed with the amount of Benz merchandise you can purchase there! I love my Benz and I'm always looking for something Benz!
